Taylah has had an interest in health and wellbeing from a young age, completing her massage studies in 2013, her exploration of the mind and body and its capacity to heal drew Taylah to complete further short massage courses and is currently studying Osteopathy at Southern Cross University.
Taylah’s approach to massage is thorough and individualised, blending remedial techniques with relaxation to treat the structural body whilst nurturing the nervous system to balance the whole being.
Taylah uses an integrated style of trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique and stretching. She specialises in a firm pressure to improve range of motion and increase fluid flow and is trained in myofascial cupping which is available to integrate into her treatments. Each treatment is tailored to the individuals pressure preference and guided by tissue response and breath.
Treatments styles available include:

- Pregnancy massage
All treatments can include myofascial cupping and/or personalised aromatherapy at the clients request.
